📘 CAT'S ATELIER AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
("Cat's Atelier Partner Program")
§1. General Provisions
The organizer of the affiliate program under the name Cat's Atelier Partner Program (hereinafter: the "Program") is WOMAT – Jerzy Wołk, owner of the Cat's Atelier brand, with its registered office at: ul. Wiosenna 7, 63-600 Kępno, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 6190006321, REGON: 003350858 (hereinafter: the "Organizer").
The Program is intended for individuals and companies operating cat breeding catteries, cat hotels, grooming salons, as well as any other individuals or businesses that have contact with cat owners (hereinafter: the "Participants") and that have registered in the online store operated by the Organizer at https://catsatelier.com (hereinafter: the "Store").
The purpose of the Program is to promote Cat's Atelier products by recommending the Organizer's offer and to enable Participants to earn reward points that can be redeemed for discounts on purchases made in the Store.
Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.
§2. Joining the Program
A Participant may join the Program after registering in the Store and selecting the appropriate checkbox confirming their intention to participate and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
After joining the Program, the Participant receives from the Organizer a package of 90 free Cat's Atelier promotional leaflets (hereinafter: the "Leaflets").
The Leaflets contain a designated field in which the Participant enters the discount code assigned by the Organizer. The Participant will receive the discount code no later than together with the Leaflets. The discount code is identical to the mobile phone number provided during registration in the Store.
This code allows the Participant's customers (hereinafter: the "Customers") to receive a discount on purchases made in the Store.
§3. Discounts for Customers
A Customer who enters the Participant's code in the designated field during the checkout process in the Store receives a 25% discount on the entire order (excluding shipping costs).
The Organizer may change the discount value at any time without prior notice to the Participants. Such a change does not affect orders placed before the change takes effect.
The current discount value is always visible during the checkout process in the Store.
§4. Affiliate Points
For each order placed by a Customer using the Participant's code, the Participant receives affiliate points in a number corresponding to the value of the order.
Point Calculation Rule: 1 affiliate point is awarded for each 1 unit of currency (PLN, EUR, USD, GBP) spent by the Customer, regardless of the country of the Customer or the Participant.
- Points are awarded only for full currency units; decimal values are disregarded.
- Points are awarded based on the order value in the currency in which the Customer made the payment, without any additional currency conversions.
- Points are automatically credited to the Participant's account after the Customer has paid for the order.
Accumulated points may be used by the Participant as a discount when placing their own orders in the Organizer's Store, according to the rule: 10 points = 1 unit of the account's settlement currency.
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded. After this period, the points expire.
§5. Use of Points
Accumulated points may be used to obtain a discount when placing an order for products available in the Cat's Atelier Store.
Points may:
- reduce the order value (partial discount), or
- allow the Participant to obtain a product free of charge if the number of points used corresponds to the full value of the product.
In order to use the points, the Participant:
- logs into their Participant account panel,
- specifies the number of points they wish to allocate to a given purchase,
- generates a one-time discount code with a value corresponding to the selected number of points.
The generated discount code is used by the Participant during the checkout process and may reduce the order value down to zero.
Important: A one-time discount code may be used for only one order and becomes invalid after use.
§6. Additional Leaflet Packages
A Participant who has accumulated at least 500 points since the last delivery of Leaflets may receive another package of 90 Leaflets free of charge. To receive the free package, the Participant must notify the Organizer by email.
If the Participant has not reached the threshold of 500 points, they may order an additional Leaflet package for a fee, in accordance with the current price list specified by the Organizer.
§7. Participant's Obligations and Responsibility
- The Participant is obliged to distribute the Leaflets responsibly and only to persons genuinely interested in purchasing Cat's Atelier products.
- The Participant uses only the original Leaflets provided by the Organizer. The Participant may not modify the Leaflets in any way without the Organizer's consent.
- The Participant may not use the discount code in a misleading manner or in a way that is inconsistent with the purpose of the Program.
Warning: The Organizer reserves the right to remove a Participant from the Program in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
§8. Amendments and Termination of the Program
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Amendments take effect upon publication of the new version of the Terms and Conditions on the Store's website.
The Organizer may terminate the Program at any time by informing Participants via email or by a notice published on the Store's website.
Important: In the event of termination of the Program, accumulated points may be used within 30 days from the date of the termination announcement.
§9. Final Provisions
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.
Any disputes arising in connection with the implementation of the Program shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organizer's registered office.
