"Complete mattress" means that it is polyurethane foam in a wigophilic cover and an outer fabric cover. The outer cover has a zipper and sewn-in Velcros that fit the shelf in a given size. Enhance your Cat Shelf with our premium mattress, an additional accessory that brings both comfort and luxury to your feline friend's resting place. Plush Comfort: Our mattress is crafted from soft polyurethane foam, housed in a thick, pleasant-to-touch "pillowcase." 

Durability: Both the foam and the case are robust, promising to withstand your cat's playful activities for years. 

Ease of Maintenance: The case includes a sewn-in zipper, so you can easily wash it and keep the shelf refreshed.

Secure Fit: Strong Velcro fastens the cushion to the shelf's base, ensuring it stays in place when your cat jumps on it. 

Covers are Machine Washable: Keep them fresh and clean by washing them at 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit).

The store provides a quality warranty for physical products sold for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of product delivery. The warranty does not cover products (constituting a separate whole or part of the product) that are subject to natural wear and tear during use (e.g. mattresses, covers, etc.). For some physical products, an extended warranty of up to 60 months (5 years) is available. The condition for using the extended warranty is continuous subscription to the Newsletter – from the day of product purchase, at least until the expiration of the extended warranty period. The duration of the extended warranty for selected products is specified on the product’s card.
