ORIGINAL DESIGN
The shelf is bent into a beautiful arch, which makes it fit both modern and classic interiors. At the same time, they look very aesthetically and lightly – the shelves seem to be “glued” to the wall by the edge, because no fixing elements are visible!

CONSTRUCTION
The base of the shelf is made of wood (plywood). Thanks to solid metal mounting elements, the shelf is very stable and safe for the cat. These fastening elements are completely invisible after the shelf is installed – this is a distinguishing feature and a great value of our offer. To the wooden base is attached (by Velcro) a mattress/pillow with a removable cover. Your cat will be delighted with its softness and coziness.

COLORS
There are many colors and several types of fabrics – you can choose them from the drop-down list on the product card when purchasing. The colors and types of available fabrics are shown in the photos on the product card.

NOTICE: The colors of the fabrics in the finished product may slightly differ from the colors you see on the screen. This may be due to the screen settings on which you see the colors. This difference will not be the basis for recognizing the non-conformity of the product with the order. If in doubt about this matter, contact us.

MATTRESS (cushion, pillow)
The mattress of the shelf is a very soft polyurethane foam with a thickness of ~4 cm (~1,6 inch), which is placed in an aesthetic cover (pillowcase) of thick, soft material, very pleasant to the touch. The fabric is solid and will last for a long time. The cover has a zipper, so from time to time you can wash it and give the shelf a fresh look.

The mattress is attached to the shelf with solid Velcro, making it stable and does not move when the cat jumps on the shelf. At the same time, it can be easily attached and removed if necessary.

MONTAGE
The montage of the shelf is very simple and it can be successfully made by one person within a few minutes. The montage set (included with shelf) contains a fastening elements (high quality universal wall dowels with screws) and a detailed assembly instruction. After proper montage, the shelf is completely stable and safe for cat. The animal feels comfortable on it and eagerly uses it.

SECURITY
Our shelves are safe for cats because we use non-toxic materials for their production, which are used in products used by people. The fabrics we use have appropriate safety certificates and are marked with the “Pets Friendly” sign.

QUALITY and WARRANTY
We take full responsibility for the quality of our shelves, marking each of them with a badge with the name of our brand “Cat’s Atelier”.
The standard warranty to the metal shelf construction is 2 years. You can easily and free of charge extend the warranty up to 5 years by subscribing to our newsletter. The detailed terms of the warranty you can find in the store regulations.

PRODUCTION TIME
As soon as we receive your complete and paid order, we get to work. We work very quickly and efficiently, so order processing typically takes us only 3 business days.

DELIVERY TIME
After completing the order, we prepare package and hand over it to the courier company, which will deliver it to the specified address within the next few business days.

The store provides a quality warranty for physical products sold for a period of 24 months (2 years) from the date of product delivery. The warranty does not cover products (constituting a separate whole or part of the product) that are subject to natural wear and tear during use (e.g. mattresses, covers, etc.).

For some physical products, an extended warranty of up to 60 months (5 years) is available. The condition for using the extended warranty is continuous subscription to the Newsletter – from the day of product purchase, at least until the expiration of the extended warranty period. The duration of the extended warranty for selected products is specified on the product’s card.
